You will need a US visa or waiver form to hold your wedding abroad in Las Vegas.

To hold your wedding abroad in Las Vegas, you will need a marriage licence. You can get one of these for your ceremony abroad from the Marriage Licence Bureau in Las Vegas. The marriage licence is valid for a year from the date of issue. Both you and your partner will need to be present to apply for the marriage licence.

You will need the following documentation to hold your wedding abroad in Las Vegas:

  1. A valid passport
  2. Birth certificate
  3. If you are divorced the Decree Absolute
  4. If you are widowed the death certificate
  5. Written consent from parents or guardians if either of you is under 18
  6. If you have changed your name a change of name deed.

After your ceremony abroad you can obtain a marriage certificate from the Las Vegas Wedding Bureau. It can take a few days to prepare and can be posted to you in the UK if required.
